Inner silence, that sometimes seems impossible, is the one to which we can always return. To reach it, implies an arduous process most of the time; but it is only from this inner silence that we can truly listen to the other, listen to Nature, and even becoming Nature itself. We are already used to noise that we think is inherent to us. And, how many things the human being has invented to not to listen? Television, sports, consumption, anything to occupy a vacuum, ultimately unreal because the truth is we are full of prejudices, fears, words.
Possibly proportional to silence, the space that it occupies in us, there is a spiritual level we are reaching during life, a journey from the interior, through silence: A silent rise.
